To get in touch with us select an email address based on the issue or question you have below. If you have a query or comment that doesn't fit any of the categories, there's an option for that too! We're here to help you and will try to do this as soon as we can.
We would appreciate it if you would describe your issue, question or comment as thoroughly as possible so we can assist you faster. This would include providing your name, Trip ID (if there is one), email or contact information and any other pertinent information in as much detail as you think we need to understand and answer your email.
If you are having issues or questions regarding an individual Shipper, Driver or Trip, please contact your transacting party first. This is often the best way to quickly resolve concerns that come up before, during, and after your Trip. Please do keep in mind that we generally do not get involved in or arbitrate issues between transacting parties so the fastest way to clear something up would be to connect with your transacting party. Community is what it is all about.
